Charlie Hall’s “Center” – Loop
There was some interest expressed in the loop I put together for Charlie Hall’s “Center” in one of the previous posts. In response to that, I wanted to go ahead and post what I put together for that song. I did this probably about 10 months ago…maybe more…so, there are some parts that could certainly be improved, but overall, its pretty close to what you hear on the CD. As I said in the comments, if you have any questions about the arrangement, reference the video.
UPDATE: You will need this .rex file. This is a little recording of the reverse guitar part at the beginning of the song. I want to redo this sometime, as I feel like it could be better…but it works! Also, I uploaded it as an .rps to see if that will solve any of the “Bad Format” problems you guys are getting…let me know!
Questions? Comments? Let me know!

Hey Matt, unable to open that Reason file. Maybe something I am doing wrong on my end, but not sure.
Sorry – I re-uploaded it. It should work now!
not working for me either
Sorry y’all. It finally works. I promise. The first time, I replaced the file with the correct one, but did not update the link. All should be good now.
hey matt I love your blog…I tried to download the reason file just recently and it said there was a formatting error.
Things should be fixed now. I also uploaded the reverse guitar loop that I used at the beginning – you’ll need to download that as well, if you want it to be complete.
I downloaded all of it a second ago, and there seems to be no problem – keep me updated!
odd I just downloaded the rex file which worked but the center file says it is in the wrong format
Hey Matt, thanks for posting, but I’m getting the same “bad format” message.
Alrighty…I am so sorry for the issues – I don’t know why you guys are getting this, but I went ahead and posted it as an .rps file instead…
So, please do give that a try and let me know if that helps anything.
Uh, um, maybe it’s me but, um, it doesn’t seem to be working either.
Sorry.
Wow. I feel like a huge loser.
Well, I’m going to work on trying to find a solution. This kills me…haha…kind of knocks me down a peg, eh?
